Insomnia Cookie gives out free cookies in celebration of 100th location

On Oct. 24, the popular late-night cookie store Insomnia Cookie is making an attempt to make your day better in the best way they can: free cookies. In celebration of opening its 100th location, Insomnia Cookie is offering a free traditional cookie with any in-store or delivery purchase.

The Five Points location at 2013 Devine St. is open until 3 a.m. and delivers to most of downtown Columbia.

“We couldn’t have made it to 100 stores without the efforts of our team members and the immense loyalty of our fans across the country,” said David Lasus, Chief Operating Officer, in a statement on Insomnia Cookie's website. “What better way to celebrate the occasion than by giving away free cookies.”

Insomnia Cookie will also be giving away prizes on social media to those who use #ICelebrate100.

Insomnia Cookie began at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and has steadily grown. Now, Insomnia Cookies serves 29 states with 100 different locations.
