Monday, April 17

— Forse, a thesis exhibition, opens at 9 a.m. in McMaster College. Inspired by a stay in Italy, Cody Unkart painted a series of everyday buildings.

— Walk/Bike City and Campus Celebration, featuring remarks from University President Harris Pastides and Mayor Steve Benjamin, starts at 11:30 a.m. in front of Preston Hall before traveling to Foundation Square. Healthy refreshments will be provided.

Tuesday, April 18

— In the 10th annual Clyburn Lecture, president and CEO of CommonHealth ACTION Natalie S. Burke will speak on bridging health equity across communities from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Alumni Center.

— Donald Portnoy is conducting his last concert with the University of South Carolina Symphony Orchestra, "The Spirit of Romanticism." The concert is at 7:30 p.m. at the Koger Center for the Arts. Student tickets are $8.

Wednesday, April 19

— Jonathan Franzen is speaking about his award-winning novel "The Corrections" as part of the Open Book series from 6-7 p.m. in Hootie Johnson Hall.

— Red Hot Chili Peppers 7 p.m. Colonial Life Arena. This highly anticipated show will feature openers BABYMETAL and Jack Irons. Tickets start at $52.
