The history of hip-hop from past to present is explored through the perspectives of seniors at USC and notable hip-hop figures of the city of Columbia. 

Students at USC take time to reflect on their cultural experiences as they study abroad. 

Students had a general distrust of companies that market their products as sustainable. They said that because companies know consumers want to buy environmentally friendly products, those companies may be tempted to say their products are sustainable even when they are not. 

Homelessness in Columbia has only gotten more drastic in the past few years. Many people downtown and those familiar with the issue throughout Columbia agree that there is a large, disadvantaged homeless population, but that the best way to help them is complicated. 

Students generally agree the cost of college is too high and the high price tag prevents lower-income individuals from pursuing higher education. However, they are divided on who should take on the responsibility of paying for it. 

South Carolina's club hockey team, known as Cock Hockey, has been a place for community and brotherhood amongst teammates.

Because of the university administration's many failures, the student body has progressively lost faith in Student Government's ability to create change. If this continues, the morale of USC will descend further. 

With his college career winding down, Andrew Eyster has continued to play well for the Gamecocks in 2022.
