Music is considered a universal language — not only for entertainment but for therapeutic purposes as well. Students in USC’s School of Music’s commercial music ensemble class said they have found comfort in performing and playing music as an outlet for creative therapy.

Intramurals offer students social outlet and stress relief

Students play intramural sports to exercise, make friends and get outside. From competitive leagues with regular practices to social leagues that only meet on occasion, students can use intramurals as an escape from college stressors.
