HRTM throws wedding for couple
USC alumni and high school sweethearts Diane Finklea, 61, and alumnus Bob Lee, 63, officially tied the knot Sunday evening as they became husband and wife at the T. Ashton Phillips Center at the South Carolina Farmers Market.
Diane Finklea, a 1971 graduate of the College of Nursing from Latta, S.C., and Bob Lee, a 1974 graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences from Newberry, S.C., were pronounced the winners of the USC School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management Love Story wedding giveaway in September.
Students from Annette Hoover’s HRTM 362 wedding planning and management class spent the next two months working with the couple on their wedding.
