Garlic sweet potato fries are a healthy and easy alternative to regular fries.

We all love a good, salty snack. Sometimes, when that craving hits, we don’t have a bag of chips on hand. Other times, the pantry is full of snacks, but a greasy, overly-salted indulgence just doesn’t sound appealing. These garlic sweet potato fries are not only addictive, they’re also healthy (compared to other fries).

Ingredients:

- 2 sweet potatoes

- Olive oil

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp pepper

- 1/4 tsp oregano

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick strips.

3. Spread out strips onto a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, enough to coat the fries. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss everything together.

4. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and flip, then bake for 15 more.
