Pro-abortion protesters rally at the SC Statehouse against Bill 5399 that would prohibit abortions in the state. After political maneuvering from Republicans, the bill passed with exceptions for rape and incest victims.
Bill 5399 will advance towards the Senate with a final decision coming after Labor day when they reconvene.
