Colleen Clark, an assistant professor of jazz studies in the USC School of Music, performs at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Nov. 9 and 10, 2023. Clark is the founder and artistic director of the University of South Carolina’s Jazz Girls Day.
