Ronnie Grigg, one of the main participants in "Love in the Time of Fentanyl'' and the president and chair of the board of directors for the Zero Block Society, discusses the importance of Narcan in preventing overdoses in Vancouver, Canada during his time at the Overdose Prevention Society. According to the film, since overdose prevention sites like this one were introduced 35 years ago, no one has ever died of an overdose in any of the sites — largely in-part of the effectiveness of Narcan.
