Analysis: South Carolina hockey overcomes early deficit, secures win over Florida

The South Carolina club hockey team advanced to 2-2 on the season with a 4-2 win against the Florida Gators on Friday night. Senior forward John Riggins opened the scoring in the second period for the Gamecocks, while freshman forward Nico Tashjian and senior defenseman Brendan Flaherty scored goals 11 seconds apart in the third period to give the Gamecocks the lead.
