The University of South Carolina’s College Sports Social Pulse (CSSP) transforms the chaos of college football’s online buzz into measurable data, ranking teams, players and coaches based on social media engagement rather than on-field performance. Combining research, education and industry partnership, the program equips students with real-world analytics experience while positioning USC as a national leader in sports media innovation.
