Best On-Campus Dining: Colloquium Café

Often when prospective students and their parents come to campus, they want to experience on-campus dining. The first place usually recommended by the Visitor Center is Colloquium Café because of its light, delicious food and enjoyable atmosphere. It is for these same reasons that the Colloquium Café was chosen as the “Best On-Campus Dining” option at USC.

The Colloquium Café is conveniently nestled between the Humanities and Gambrell classroom buildings, within two minutes of the BA. This makes it the perfect spot to stop for coffee in the morning or lunch after class. It offers a variety of seating areas, from a quiet, closed-off study room to open-air seating just outside.

In addition to the variety of seating is the variety of food. One side of the colloquium is geared toward offering breakfast food and beverages with desserts after late morning. The other side offers a full range of food, including fresh fruits and salad. There are delicious subs, wraps and panini sandwiches, pasta dishes and soups.

On top of all these features, the Colloquium’s staff is friendly, efficient and always smiling. Regulars to the Café praise its great service and wonderful food.

If you have yet to try the Colloquium Café, it definitely should be your next lunch. Students agree that’s why it is the best dining on-campus.
