Overheard at the South Carolina State Fair

Woman to friend in front of ride: “I think that’s the ride that carny got his head chopped off on.”

Woman to friend as she eats a bucket of donuts: “This bucket of donuts is God’s gift to man.”

Man to wife: “You don’t understand; I actually just shed tears on that. Like, I think it took a few years off of my life.”

Man 1: “Please, man, just go on the ride.”
Man 2: “No.”
Man 1: “Seriously, just go.”
Man 2: “No, just like no.”
Man 1: “I’ll buy you one of those crazy burgers after.”
Man 2: “I mean, OK, fine.”
