What do Gov. Nikki Haley, USC President Harris Pastides and Athletics Director Ray Tanner have in common?
They’ve all predicted that South Carolina will beat Notre Dame for the 2014 NCAA women’s basketball championship.
Their final four picks are similar, too. Pastides and Tanner both picked Connecticut and Louisville to round out the semifinals.
Haley has No. 1 Connecticut losing to No. 8 Georgia in the second round, with an eventual final four of South Carolina, Duke, Louisville and Notre Dame.
South Carolina’s tournament play begins against Cal State Northridge at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
And be sure to fill out your own bracket before the tournament tips off Saturday at 11 a.m.
