USC mascot Cocky and University of Texas mascot Hook 'Em sit together before the championship game between the two schools at the SEC Tournament in Greenville, SC on March 9, 2025. The Gamecocks and Longhorns previously played in two separate season games and both held a 1-1 win-lose streak against each other.
