A protest formed at the S.C. State House earlier today demanding the removal of the Benjamin Tillman statue. S.C. Representative Seth Rose (D-Richland County), who introduced a bill to the General Assembly to review statues on the State House grounds, spoke out against the S.C. Heritage Act during the protest.
