Faulty absentee ballot issued in Richland County

One of the tens of thousands of absentee ballots mailed out in Richland County was found to be unusable, WLTX reports. When the woman who requested the ballot opened it, she found it had nothing on the back. The voter had actually worked as a precinct captain in previous elections, so she quickly realized there was an error and reached out to local election officials. People who believe there's an issue with their ballot are supposed to contact the South Carolina State Election Commission.
