Aimee Hourigan, the director of USC's Substance Abuse Prevention and Education Office discusses the importance of Narcan on college campuses and in the public. She advised that anyone who has friends that use anything besides alcohol or marijuana should carry Narcan, because of the increasing amount of fentanyl being laced in illegal drugs.
