Playlist of the week: Just chill, man

Sometimes you need something slower to get your mind away from the constant rush of responsibility that college students face. In our modern era, we are constantly flooded with information, no matter where we are or who we are speaking with, especially as younger people. Think about how every time you open your phone you find yourself jumping from app to app, searching for something else to steal your time for a few minutes.

Sometimes you need to put the brakes on the constant dopamine influx. It’s overwhelming for a lot of individuals to try to handle this new aspect of modern society. Social media causes us to rush and pushes us to promote ourselves when we don’t need too.

Here’s something for when you need to slow down for a second and catch your breath.
