Playlist of the week: Hiraeth

Everybody feels homesick from time to time. With the holidays quickly approaching, even the most stoic of individuals can't help but feel a sense of distance from home.

That's where this playlist, Hiraeth, comes in. While the Welsh concept has no direct English translation, it loosely means missing home or missing something that no longer exists. As we inch towards Thanksgiving break, lean into your homesickness and long for your home, here on campus or wherever you might live. Remember your childhood, your lost family members and your favorite places. As you drive, fly or even take the train home, remember the feeling of being content, whatever that might look like.
