The Columbia-Richland Fire Department combats a fire as the fire engulfs a house on the corner of Pine Street and Pendleton Street on April 9, 2023. Trucks were on the scene of the blaze within 10 minutes of it starting and had it controlled within 20 minutes of their arrival.
