April Scott, the associate director of Mental Health Initiatives at USC, demonstrates the skill of body scanning in the C.A.L.M. Oasis room on the second floor of Russell House. Body scanning is a form of meditation that relieves both physical and psychological stress. HOPE-WWR offers training sessions for medical students, practitioners and organizational leadership to deal with burnout and stress.
