The 541 block of Main Street remains closed following a report of a chemical leak, according to Brick Lewis, Columbia Fire Department Public Information Officer.
Lewis said that the department received the report at about 9:15 a.m. After investigation, it was determined that there was no leak, and the situation remains under control.
