SCETV and SCDP reach debate compromise

SCETV won't broadcast debates but will give South Carolina candidates a chance to speak on public broadcast, The Post and Courier reports. A conflict arose between the broadcaster and the South Carolina Democratic Party when SCETV said they wouldn't put on debates between congressional candidates because the races weren't "highly competitive."
