"On the 54th anniversary of my father's 'I Have a Dream' speech, I remain hopeful. I still have a dream worth working for humanity."

Tropical storm projected to brush S.C. coast

A tropical storm watch is in effect on the South Carolina coast as a low pressure system makes its way up the coast. The system has a 70 percent chance of becoming a tropical storm and bringing wind gusts up to 50 mph to the Grand Strand. If it develops, it will be the ninth named storm of the year. This system is on track to hit the U.S. just days after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas, bringing more than 50 inches of rain.
